- Knowledge of legislative and compliance requirements in relation to taxation, superannuation/pension and other statutory obligations
- Experience with large ERP system, preferably Workday, SAP and ADP Dayforce/ Workday a plus

- Deep expertise in payroll legislation and security regulations in APAC
- Proven track record in managing regulatory compliance, handling authority audits, and resolving payroll-related compliance issues
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reconciliations, and risk identification

- Post Payroll Tasks - Costing, GL, Super, Payroll Tax
- Process Fortnightly payroll for AU employees, including salary adjustments, benefits, and related deductions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll updates (new hires, terminations, pay rate changes)
- Review and interpret garnishment notices, calculate deduction amounts, and prepare remittance checks along with necessary documentation
- Single Touch Payroll reporting and lodgment in AU payroll
- Manage employee’s payroll queries to provide effective resolution on timely manner
- Support Payroll internal and external audits to provide respective documentation as required
- Assisting in the month-end closing process, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations
- Superannuation and Payroll Tax submission on timely manner
- Lead year-end reconciliation, reporting, and audit processes
- Monitor changes in payroll legislation and update processes and documentation accordingly
- Review all reconciliation process and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Develop payroll and compliance audit for monthly, quarterly and annual audit process
