Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of B2B marketing experience heavily focused on strategic customer acquisition and marketing to grow existing customer spending. Ability to engage and nurture customers with impact on sentiment and spending.
  • Event management (virtual and in person) and content development experience.
  • Data analysis and interpretation capability.
  • Communicator and collaboration skills across multiple markets, teams, and functions
  • Demonstrated appetite to learn and adopt AI tools and methodologies to continuously evolve marketing plans and strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of the regional Marketing Strategy in India
  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to build comprehensive campaigns to drive acquisition of targeted segments in key regions. Management of the end-to-end demand funnel and inclination to deliver metrics for success
  • Create unique opportunities for our key accounts and ensure that our target accounts are prioritized for our core activations and opportunities. Manage the Targeted Accounts customer segmentation, working with Sales Operations to ensure segmentation continues to support the organization’s requirements.
  • Managing and communicating effectively with our main sales stakeholders spanning Enterprise, Mid-Market and Staffing teams and their direct managers. Partnering with cross functional partners to ensure that the sales teams have the right cadence and level of information to be able to execute our marketing activity successfully with their customers. Work collaboratively with partners across Customer success, Sales, Insights and Operations to support adoption and adherence to the strategy.
  • Support strategy and planning efforts for targeted accounts, SMB, mid-market and Enterprise for Indian customers and prospects in collaboration with the core market leads and marketing functions.
  • Leverage AI technologies to create efficiencies and drive innovation across go-to-market strategies, ensuring marketing programs are future-ready and impactful.
  • Work closely with the regional and global customer marketing teams to leverage programs, content and campaigns to make them impactful and relevant for our target customers. This includes providing feedback on the plans, sourcing customers to feature and creating and executing plans to deliver to customers.
  • Create impactful and engaging customer stories that engage our customers, provide evidence to support our sales team and feed into other areas of marketing for leverage. Work with the centralized global content creation teams to take content and reports to market, create localized versions across the region and support promotion and amplification of content across the marketing programs.
  • Forecast, monitor and track results of marketing activity to inform future plans and activities.

  • Experience creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns strategies.
  • Account-based marketing experience a plus & business development/partner-driven marketing would be an advantage.
  • Passionate about customers: understanding their needs and challenges and turning them into impactful marketing strategies and activations.
  • Proactive and agile: Independently capable of seeking information in an unstructured environment, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering timely results in challenging situations. Effectively manage change within your own team and through effective partnership with sales teams and other cross functionals.
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments.

Tracker launches LinkedIn Hiring Assistant integration with AI-powered candidate evaluations

Tracker, an AI-native applicant tracking system for staffing and recruiting agencies, has become one of the first ATS platforms to launch LinkedIn's RSC+ integration, enabling Connected Projects for LinkedIn Hiring Assistant customers. The integration allows Tracker customers to receive AI-powered candidate evaluations using combined LinkedIn and Tracker data across all applicants, regardless of source. Insights sync to Tracker in real-time, creating unified shortlists and accelerating hiring decisions. LinkedIn research shows recruiters using Hiring Assistant save four or more hours per role. Early testing showed significant results, with one customer saving 15 hours weekly per recruiter on applicant evaluation. Future updates will include real-time bidirectional applicant stage syncing between platforms.

Oyster raises $150M Series C at $1B+ valuation to power distributed hiring in 180+ countries

Oyster, a global employment platform, has raised $150 million in Series C funding at a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Georgian led the round, joined by Salesforce Ventures, LinkedIn, Base10 Partners Advancement Initiative and others, including existing investors Stripes and Emergence Capital. The funding makes Oyster a unicorn less than two years after launch and one of the few B Corporations to reach this milestone. In 2021, the company grew revenue by over 20-fold and the number of team members on its platform by 17 times. The platform now pays more than $200 million annually to global talent across over 180 countries, with 25 per cent of that talent in emerging economies. Oyster has raised $227 million total and will use the funding to develop its platform and invest in the People Ops community.

LinkedIn launches AI skills certificates through partnerships with Descript, Lovable, and Replit

LinkedIn has launched a new partnership programme allowing users to earn official certifications in AI skills based on their usage of prominent AI applications. The programme includes Descript, Lovable, Replit and Relay.app, with GitHub, Gamma and Zapier set to join soon. The platforms will use AI to assess users' proficiency through usage patterns, product outcomes and skill levels within the tools, generating certificates that appear on LinkedIn profiles. Microsoft-owned LinkedIn did not specify exact qualification requirements. The move responds to growing demand for AI skills in the job market. According to eDX, job postings requiring AI skills doubled in the 12 months to August, whilst Indeed reported that 4.2% of US job postings mentioned AI-related keywords by end-2025.
