Requirements
  • CSS Level 1 requires 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Lead scheduled dealer meetings and ensure action items are completed by both WarrCloud and the dealership.
  • Guide new customers from onboarding through ongoing support, foster loyalty, and reduce churn by addressing challenges and celebrating successes.
  • Identify performance gaps or delays that may affect client satisfaction and escalate them to department leads or leadership as needed.
  • Track and document departmental contributions to each account's success.
  • Analyze reports on dealership warranty schedules, operational challenges, and operational successes, and advise dealerships on best practices.
  • Prepare internal summaries or reports describing account status and dealership performance.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to monitor service levels and deliverables across supporting departments.
  • Communicate client needs to drive improvements in product features, training, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insight on recurring issues to support process improvements and accountability across teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for dealership escalations and help resolve cross-departmental challenges.
  • Partner with Sales on presentations, growth strategies, and engagement with larger dealership groups.
  • Attend and contribute to cross-functional meetings to advocate for account health, promote accountability, and ensure internal alignment.
  • Represent dealership needs and suggest product enhancements while working with the Product team to improve functionality and reporting capabilities.
  • Support and guide team members through complex escalations or difficult client situations.
  • Contribute to onboarding and training new team members by sharing best practices, tools, and institutional knowledge.
Desired Qualifications
  • Financial analysis or data-interpretation experience related to warranty claims, profit recovery, or dealership service operations is preferred.
  • A background in automotive warranty processing is preferred.
  • CSS Level 2 experience mentoring, coaching, and onboarding new staff, acting as a point of escalation and knowledge resource for peers, is preferred.
  • CSS Level 2 experience driving accountability, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving across departments is preferred.
  • CSS Level 2 experience upholding team standards, enforcing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement is preferred.
