Requirements
  • Experience and interest in change management
  • Project management experience and demonstrated track record of creating and implementing a project from start to finish

  • Previous experience working with C-Suite and senior leaders
Responsibilities
  • Audit current organizational communications strategies and tactics to develop a comprehensive recommendation and vision for internal communications
  • Create compelling messages, talking points, and slide decks for communication across the organization
  • Design and develop our intranet portal and evaluate our existing suite of technology tools
  • Create strategy and frameworks for how Relativity shares and cascades information while driving workflow, efficiencies, and information-sharing
  • In close collaboration with internal Business & People team partners, contribute to the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive our culture, engagement, and inspire our colleagues
  • Define goals and metrics for the successful execution of the Internal Communications strategy
  • Interface with Relativity's leadership team to provide recommendations and guidance on executive and employee communications
  • Define and prioritize the organization's internal communications needs, manage strategic initiatives, and document processes that improve and scale internal communications
  • Work with the Communications and Brand team to ensure that synergies are identified and maximized between our internal and external communications and messages
  • Lead internal crisis communications planning and partner cross-functionally on risk mitigation and business performance programs
