Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school.
  • Member in good standing of the California bar.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm.
  • Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Strong project management, time management and long-term planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and draft NDAs and other corporate-level agreements.
  • Negotiate and draft a variety of vendor agreements.
  • Manage legal compliance for the Company’s revolving credit facility, as well as negotiate and draft all agreements related to the Company’s corporate financing arrangements (including interparty/intercreditor agreements, tax credit placement and transfer agreements, equipment financing and leasing agreements, ISDAs, DACAs and other ancillary credit agreements).
  • Negotiate and draft licensing agreements for the consumer products and interactive divisions.
  • Track and manage the Company’s intellectual property rights, including the Company’s trademark portfolio.
