Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred) and 5+ years of experience administering and/or engineering collaboration tools with a focus on Google Workspace, Slack, Secure Email gateways, chatbots as well as automation.
  • Proficient in managing Gmail enterprise tenants under Google Workspace.
  • Experience in automation scripting using Python, Go, Powershell, Javascript, Okta workflows or other relevant languages and automation.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to collaboration tools and data handling.
  • The ability to identify root causes of issues.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience working on multi-functional, cross-team projects.
Responsibilities
  • Own the employee experience as a pivotal aspect of this role.
  • Identify gaps and shortcomings in our collaboration tools and platforms impacting user experience.
  • Envision and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall user experience for our diverse workforce.
  • Shape a workplace environment that fosters productivity, collaboration, and job satisfaction through technology solutions.
  • Administer and optimize collaboration tools, including G Suite, Slack, Glean, Moveworks, GitHub, Confluence, Jira, iPaas, Pager Duty, Teams etc.
  • Ensure these tools align with defined standards and enhance overall employee collaboration.
  • Manage and optimize Gmail enterprise tenants under Google Workspace.
  • Implement best practices to enhance email, Shared drives, and calendar services for a positive user experience.
  • Manage email gateway solutions, ensuring secure communication and adherence to data compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Legal and compliance teams to fulfill eDiscovery requests using vendor tools or custom code/APIs.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity enhancements while solving problems.
  • Streamline search functionalities for seamless navigation.
  • Develop and implement metadata standards to improve search relevance and accuracy.
  • Ensure that employees can effortlessly locate information, colleagues, and resources within our collaboration ecosystem. Collaborate with team members, peers, and external partners to accomplish goals.
  • Work with Legal and compliance teams to ensure collaboration tools adhere to data compliance standards.
  • Fulfill eDiscovery requests using vendor tools or custom code/APIs.
  • Create detailed technical and procedural documentation.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the team and the broader organization.
