Requirements
  • Five or more years of business analysis experience on enterprise software or platform implementation programs, ideally including a digital asset management, content management system, product information management, or content-operations system.
  • Demonstrated experience running requirements-elicitation workshops with cross-functional business stakeholders across e-commerce, marketing or creative, and technology, and turning findings into clear, testable requirements.
  • Working knowledge of digital asset management concepts, including metadata schemas, taxonomy, rights and usage management, and master-plus-derivative asset strategy.
  • Strong documentation skills, including requirements specifications, process maps, traceability matrices, and user acceptance testing scripts.
  • Comfort working with integration requirements between a digital asset management or e-commerce system and adjacent production, rights, product, stock-keeping unit, or product information management platforms.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate between business, creative, and technical audiences.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Elicit and document detailed functional requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews across e-commerce or studio, marketing or brand, and technology teams, translating high-level priorities into requirements and acceptance criteria that the delivery team can build against.
  • Define migration scope and criteria by working with the technology team to translate audit findings, including asset counts, sizes, and master locations, into concrete migration rules such as stock-keeping unit activity and inventory or order status.
  • Specify integration requirements for how the digital asset management system must exchange status, rights, and product or stock-keeping unit metadata with adjacent production or rights and product-data systems, including the required asset-level publishing behavior.
  • Own the requirements backlog and traceability by maintaining requirements, decisions, and open questions across all delivery phases so scope remains traceable from discovery through governance and hypercare as it is refined.
  • Support user acceptance testing and acceptance testing by translating requirements into test scenarios and validating delivered functionality, including taxonomy, permissions, integrations, and derivative rules, before phase gates and cutover.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience specifically with Cloudinary, Adobe AEM Assets, or Scene7/Dynamic Media.
  • Background in fashion, apparel, or accessories retail, particularly within multi-brand organizations with brand-specific taxonomy needs.
  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and backlog tools.
