Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating teams, such as as a store manager, second or third assistant store manager, or in a similar role.
  • Availability to work weekly shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Co-construct and implement the actions in the store roadmap with the store team, accompanying the team in execution.
  • Ensure the application of sales policies in stores in accordance with the company's vision.
  • Guarantee and optimize the company's fashion image in the store.
  • Train, motivate, and communicate with the team about merchandising fundamentals and visual identity updates, gathering and preparing the necessary information.
  • Analyze the impact of visual merchandising actions implemented in the store and propose cross-functional action plans to improve key performance indicators and business profitability.
  • Motivate the WOW cross-channel shopping experience.
  • Analyze store results with the store leader and propose proactive or reactive measures and actions.
  • Ensure the safety measures, rules, and procedures arising from the occupational risk prevention plan and those defined by the company.
  • Open and close the store equitably with the rest of the permanent team, following company procedures for schedules, presence, cash management, truck reception, and the safety of people and property.
  • Train, motivate, and functionally support the team throughout the employee journey, including onboarding and development actions, to ensure strong performance and talent development.
  • Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure correct administrative management of employees and strict compliance with legal requirements concerning hiring, holidays, schedules, and absences.
