Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a College or University Degree program focused on the Management of Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar Technology focus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications
  • Experience performing detailed gap analysis, and preparing as-is & to-be process documentation
  • Strong communication skills in order to work with both IT specialists and non-IT employees.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding: Automate common workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and general support and auditing processes, making recommendations, and gathering feedback.
  • Deploying devices to new employees
  • Support and troubleshoot issues with office technology and employee hardware and software from employees through the ticketing system
  • Assist with technical documentation
  • Build out the AI support bot for the Service Desk
  • Planning and executing technology initiatives within the IT & Business Systems team.
  • Inventory assets and audit software user/service accounts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with collaboration & productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Zoom phones, Atlassian)
  • Knowledge of AI tools and capabilities available in the market for process analysis, identifying gaps of automation
  • Previous experience in an operational role at a technology company
  • Current or previous experience with helpdesk or end-user support experience
  • In pursuit of or holding an IT certification (eg Google Workspace/Microsoft/CompTIA)
