The Job:  

As a Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you’ll be part of our T&O Global Supply Chain team working as an on-site employee.    You’ll get to:  

• Oversees entire function, accountable for overall plant facility & equipment reliability.
• Plan and recommend future equipment and facility requirements.
• Establish preventative maintenance methods to reduce unscheduled maintenance.
• Make sure the team is supporting a 5S environment everywhere the technicians work or stores components.
• Works with Security team to ensure safe work environment.

The Person:  

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. Wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? In fact, you embrace it. You also have: 

• BS in Engineering or technical field.
• At least 5 years leading a technical team in facilities and maintenance repair.
•  CMM data management experience.
• Preventative Maintenance development for equipment and buildings.
• Equipment reliability analysis understanding.
• Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting equipment and facilities systems.
