Requirements
  • As a Project Manager, Brand, you will be focused on managing Brand projects from brief through to delivery. You will work with the Senior Project Managers and the Brand Operations Manager to leverage and manage the internal and external resources you need to get the right work done on time, to standard and on budget. Your knowledge of project management and the creative process, combined with your strategic thinking, strong partnership, and communication skills, will empower you to manage an efficient end to end process
  • This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
Responsibilities
  • Managing Business Driver projects, and providing brand and marketing support to partners across the business
  • Managing Omni-Channel creative projects from initial briefing to on-time delivery including scope of work, project plans, budget, scheduling, resource allocation, reviews, status updates, delivery, and debriefing
  • Supporting Brand Operations in the development and maintenance of project management processes, calendars, project plans, briefs, RACIs, and folder structures necessary to support ongoing project management excellence
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with key partners at all levels across the organization and engage them throughout the creative process as needed
  • Maintaining a clear prioritized list of projects, milestones, and action items through ensuring all partners know and understand their role and responsibilities, contribution, related timelines, and dependencies
  • Facilitating mutual and shared understanding between creative development, project owners, and leadership
  • Managing your project team and partners from initial briefing through an iterative creative process to on-time delivery
