Meds.com coordinates several U.S. businesses to guide a patient through the full health journey, from education and diagnosis to medical consultation, prescribing, and pharmacy. Its platform connects these steps to create a seamless patient experience across services. Rather than focusing on a single service, Meds combines education, clinical care, prescription handling, and pharmacy within one ecosystem and continues to add new drugs, indications, and consumer brands. The company differentiates itself by the vertical integration of the patient journey—covering information, diagnosis, prescription, and fulfillment through connected offerings—instead of relying on separate, unconnected providers. Its goal is to broaden treatment options and accessibility by expanding its drug portfolio and consumer brands while improving patient outcomes through integrated care.

Meds signs agreement with Arena Personal for new logistics centre in Eskilstuna. Björn Thorngren, CEO "Cost-neutral". E-commerce pharmacy Meds is preparing for the move to its new logistics hub in Eskilstuna during the third quarter. Now it is clear that the company has entered into an agreement with Arena Personal regarding operation and staffing for the new facility. The collaboration with Arena Personal is part of Meds' work to optimise the supply chain ahead of the company's next growth phase. According to the online pharmacy, the cost effect of the new operating agreement is expected to be neutral compared to their current structure. Ehandel look forward to establishing a strategic partnership with Arena Personal, with the goal of taking Meds' logistics to the next level. Their strong local presence, good references and the fact that they are entrepreneur-owned and led make them a particularly good partner for Meds, comments Björn Thorngren, CEO and co-founder of Meds. Arena Personal also views the new deal in the Mälardalen region positively. Arena Personal looks forward to becoming Meds' new operating partner. As Ehandel is today one of the market-leading companies in logistics in the Mälardalen region, Ehandel see great opportunities and synergies with this collaboration for both parties, says Thobias Ahlqvist, CEO of Arena Personal. Tripled warehouse space. Commissioning of the new warehouse is planned for the third quarter of 2026, with an official occupancy date of August 1st. The new facility, located at Litografen 8, effectively triples the online pharmacy's current warehouse space. As previously reported, Meds is also making investments in automation in packing and order sorting ahead of the move, via suppliers Ranpak and E-motions. Editorial Staff
