Requirements

  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and programs impacting industrial, commercial, and energy-sector clients located primarily in Texas.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, regulators, and industry partners through networking, outreach, and project delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and engagement.
  • Manage project performance, including profitability, schedules, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Mentor, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaborate with business development and operational leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Support and oversee technical environmental projects, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, site investigations involving soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling, remedial action planning and implementation oversight, proposal development, cost estimating, and technical reporting.
  • Ensure high-quality project execution and client satisfaction across all deliverables.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
