View

United Allergy Services partners with primary care providers to offer in-office allergy testing and immunotherapy. It uses needle-free skin tests for 54 environmental and up to 23 food allergens, then develops a supervised immunotherapy plan including SCIT and SLIT with Allergy Allay Drops. Treatments can be administered at home, supported by the myAllergyPal app, and practices choose between a fully staffed allergy center or a kit-based model with a flat fee. The company aims to expand access to allergy care and help partner practices grow their revenue.

Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • UAS still works with hundreds of practitioners across 20+ states as of August 2026.
  • Indeed listed active UAS jobs in 2026, signaling continued operating demand.
  • The June 12, 2026 Supreme Court petition keeps UAS's antitrust fight alive.

What critics are saying

  • Sixth Circuit rejected UAS antitrust standing on October 10, 2025, weakening expansion claims.
  • Amerigroup and insurer audits reportedly pushed physicians to abandon UAS by 2019.
  • If courts validate payer pressure tactics, UAS's physician-channel model loses existential support.

What makes United Allergy Services unique

  • UAS partners with primary care physicians, expanding allergy care beyond scarce specialists.
  • Its staffed-center or self-managed-kit models fit different practice economics.
  • Proprietary Allergy Allay Drops and myAllergyPal deepen at-home adherence.
