Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Obtain daily jobs from the Production Board.
  • Read, understand, and follow all safety procedures when operating the machine.
  • Complete proper paperwork verifying part numbers and lot numbers.
  • Complete Production Downtime Sheets documenting machine issues.
  • Operate the machine and its functions according to procedures, including running duds and using gauges.
  • Keep machines running with minimal downtime.
  • Inspect parts through each process to ensure quality.
  • Enter end-of-job information into the computer daily.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Train machine operators as needed.
