  • Choose and roll out the right tools to support company operations as we grow.
  • Support international expansion, ensuring smooth operations in the UK, US and beyond.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with the goal of bringing finance in-house.
  • Ensure legal compliance and manage risks while transitioning legal functions from external to internal teams.
