Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years as an Integrated Marketing or Marketing Programs Specialist
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • Exceptional project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions
  • Integrated Marketing experience
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to connect long-term vision to short-term objectives and initiatives
  • Experience leveraging program and project management and reporting tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, Asana, Google Docs, Tableau, Looker, among others
Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning and execution of major integrated campaigns
  • Collaborate across the marketing organization to gather inputs, align timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Drive and own end-to-end execution of marketing programs aligned with business priorities within cross-functional teams
  • Communicate clear success criteria, objectives, and requirements to the team
  • Provide multi-level communication plans to key stakeholders, focusing on the next 6 months
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing standard processes to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery
  • Anticipate and manage program risks, identifying and tracking cross-functional dependencies
  • Proactively improve cross-organizational processes for delivering complex initiatives
  • Be a top-tier communicator
  • Be a bar-raiser
