Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years as an Integrated Marketing or Marketing Programs Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
- Exceptional project management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions
- Integrated Marketing experience
- Strategic mindset and the ability to connect long-term vision to short-term objectives and initiatives
- Experience leveraging program and project management and reporting tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, Asana, Google Docs, Tableau, Looker, among others
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of major integrated campaigns
- Collaborate across the marketing organization to gather inputs, align timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
- Drive and own end-to-end execution of marketing programs aligned with business priorities within cross-functional teams
- Communicate clear success criteria, objectives, and requirements to the team
- Provide multi-level communication plans to key stakeholders, focusing on the next 6 months
- Continuously evaluate existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing standard processes to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery
- Anticipate and manage program risks, identifying and tracking cross-functional dependencies
- Proactively improve cross-organizational processes for delivering complex initiatives
