Requirements
  • Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements

  • Identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities
  • Manages designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items, ensuring all guidelines are followed, delegating tasks to meet goals and objectives, and overseeing the completion of work assignments
  • Helps team members to determine which work tasks are most important, manages distractions, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner
