- Must have at least four years of experience in deskside support and remote CTS support.
- Must be experienced with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with incident management, installation, moves, adds, changes (IMAC), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), software break/fix.
- Ability to solve tickets remotely.
- Experience with Structured Change and Deployment (SCCD).
- Education: High School Diploma.

- Travel required: Various; Availability to work at remote or customer site; may work from home or customer site
- Provide deskside and remote support to end users.
- Handle incidents and ticket resolution including IMAC activities and software break/fix tasks.
- Perform tasks related to installation, moves, adds, changes (IMAC) and configuration changes.
- Manage systems via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely to minimize on-site visits.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
