Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of various Enterprise Communications materials including department memos and internal presentations—working cooperatively with business partners throughout the firm.
  • Draft, edit, format and distribute company-wide announcements, newsletters, emails, and other internal communications.
  • Maintain an updated internal communications calendar and coordinate with communications colleagues and departmental business partners to ensure timely delivery of communications.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather information and create relevant content.
  • Help maintain, feed and enhance internal communication channels, including employee intranet, email tool, digital screens, and social networking tool; Measure the effectiveness of internal communications channels and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Using templates, a workflow management tool and other best practices/tools to support Communications team with project management responsibilities, ensuring timelines are met, coordinating handoffs and securing appropriate approvals.
  • Provide support to internal business partners by fulfilling requests in a timely manner and fostering positive experiences that result in client satisfaction.
  • Assist in special communications projects as needed.
