Requirements
  • Five GCSEs at grades 4–9 are required.
  • A Levels or a BTEC Level 3 qualification are required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent record keeping, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, a proactive approach to working and learning, and financial and commercial awareness.
  • Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
  • Candidates should be able to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence and challenge when necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Support the administration and coordination of recruitment activities across UK and Ireland roles.
  • Assist with posting job adverts and maintaining vacancy trackers and recruitment records.
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system and internal recruitment and hiring systems, including Workday.
  • Support the preparation, completion, and submission of onboarding documentation and ensure new employees are correctly set up in Workday.
  • Support candidate communications to provide a positive and timely candidate experience.
  • Assist with sourcing activities through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Support the preparation of recruitment reports, metrics, and hiring updates.
  • Assist with administering pre-employment checks, including references, right-to-work checks, medicals, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with company policies, the General Data Protection Regulation, and employment legislation.
  • Prepare recruitment documentation, including interview packs, offer documentation, and trackers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Contribute to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics activities in collaboration with charities, social enterprises, and educational institutes.
  • Coordinate equality, diversity, and inclusion activities, forums, and training.
  • Support monitoring and reporting of the organisation’s Social Value performance.
  • Assist in producing case studies and support the communications department by curating content for new business purposes.
  • Assist the Talent Team with employability and skills plans within local communities.
  • Support management of internal employee networks.
  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders for the Talent Team.
  • Attend regular careers fairs.
  • Support the Talent Team with wider administrative duties.
  • Support monthly training reports and data collection.
  • Support Chartership programme webinars and administration.
Desired Qualifications
  • Administration experience is desirable.
