- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering activities
- Strong experience in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, developing performance strategy and implementing them
- Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, JMeter; APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics experience preferred
- Knowledge of performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) preferred
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks from issues and provide speedy root cause analysis preferred
- Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and ability to direct component owners (network, database, application development, server OS/WAS, storage) is a plus
- Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
- Experience with coordination, communication and reporting, analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, microservices, AngularJS
