  • Define vertical GTM motions focused on compliance, reliability, and ROI.
  • Lead competitive positioning and pricing discipline to protect and grow share.
  • Target Class II/III device OEMs and contract manufacturers.
  • Align value propositions to FDA verification, ISO 13485, and reliability requirements.
  • Develop partnerships across the medical electronics supply chain.
  • Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team; set clear territory and account ownership.
  • Implement a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/Challenger) and standardized deal reviews.
  • Establish metrics, coaching rhythms, and succession planning.
  • Own forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and quarterly targets.
  • Raise win rates and shorten cycle times through qualification rigor and enablement.
  • Use CRM and analytics to guide territory focus and resource allocation.
