Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an FP&A or similar consulting role
  • R&D and product development analysis experience required
  • Financial modeling and forecasting experience required
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite including Sheets and Slides or Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with business planning software, preferably Anaplan
  • NetSuite experience or similar
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, with strong influence skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to work independently within remote teams
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis of actual results, forecasts, and budgets
  • Work closely with senior tech and product team members across the globe to develop annual budget and periodic forecasts and understand the key drivers
  • Provide strategic guidance on financial feasibility for sustained growth in Technology and Engineering, including new project development, product launches, and workforce planning, product delivery ROI
  • Promote zero-based budgeting principles and methods, with scheduled and unscheduled rigorous review of costs and forecasts
  • Support continued development of our team’s forecasting tool, Anaplan
  • Provide financial insight and support to the team with variance analysis to budget and forecast for operating expenses, capital spend, and project spend
  • Monitor financial KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
  • Identify and drive gross cost reductions
