  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of at least 8+ years of experience in SuccessFactors product management
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes and systems
  • Deep domain knowledge in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management best practices
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy for HR systems
  • Build relationships with the MongoDB People team
  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive development of scalable solutions
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors
  • Monitor industry trends and user feedback for continuous improvement
