Coordinate account and system setup (DNS/email records, scheduler links, integrations)
Configure campaigns and automation in eDerm’s platform according to client requirements
Provide clear updates and next steps to clients and internal teams
Troubleshoot and resolve setup obstacles quickly
Document client workflows and maintain detailed records
Deliver light training on dashboards, reporting, and best practices
Suggest process and documentation improvements
Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist is the primary point of contact for new practices after they sign an agreement with eDerm. You’ll own the setup process end-to-end: gathering required information, configuring accounts, and preparing clients to go live. Your work ensures customers experience a smooth transition from sales to steady use of our platform.
Qualifications
2–3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or account management (healthcare SaaS or medical practice experience is a plus).
Working knowledge of EMR systems, DNS settings, and HIPAA guidelines is helpful.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical steps for non-technical users. • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent onboardings.
