- Ability to receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Ability to update and maintain accurate inventory records including tracking stock levels, locations, and discrepancies.
- Comfortable working with both physical inventory and digital records.
- Experience entering data into warehouse management or enterprise resource planning systems accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and company policies within a warehouse environment.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, locations, and discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues such as shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Enter data into warehouse management or ERP systems accurately and efficiently.
- Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies within the warehouse environment
