Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Workplace Strategy Project Manager to join our Workplace Strategy Team. This role will be instrumental in presenting well-informed recommendations to executive leadership helping drive workplace optimization and real estate decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing workplace programming data to develop space strategy alternatives and options that align with business unit objectives and growth plans. This position will closely collaborate with the Transaction Management Team, Design, and Construction Project Management Teams, as well as local business leaders, to bring comprehensive real estate recommendations that support leadership approval requests.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to our branch portfolio to assess current occupancy, workplace needs, and future growth trends.
- Work cross-functionally with clients, management, and various internal teams to provide insights and recommendations that support the company’s vision and strategic goals.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for office design, space optimization, and utilization strategies supporting long-term portfolio planning.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, including hybrid work strategies, space consolidations, and workplace efficiencies.
- Support workplace transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and evolving workplace needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of approved projects to the execution phase.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Assist in creating macro and microprogramming information to support the proformas built to obtain leadership approval.
- Support the tracking and management of branch portfolio activity to help forecast future project activity across all business units.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workplace occupancy and utilization, employee satisfaction, and productivity to measure the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices to drive innovative workplace solutions.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments, management, and internal clients
- Experience in dealing with workplace design, space planning tools, and programming modeling related to real estate strategy
- Understanding of office design principles, space planning, and furniture layout
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate space planning, and portfolio optimization within a large corporation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret real estate data, occupancy metrics, and space utilization trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SharePoint, Smartsheet, Office 365, AutoCAD, and other planning software tools
- Strong data project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders needs
- Primarily working remotely, with occasional site visits to assess existing conditions to build workplace case studies
