Responsibilities
  • Develop materials and presentations for the Compensation Committee and Board meetings
  • Communicate executive compensation philosophy and programs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis
  • Ensure alignment of executive compensation with company performance and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external consultants
  • Prepare the executive compensation sections of the annual proxy statement
  • Monitor trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in executive compensation
  • Prepare detailed compensation analyses and present findings to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Talent Business Partners, recruiters, managers, and business leaders on compensation matters
