  • FINRA SIE, S7 and S63 licenses (if not currently licensed, must be completed within 180 days of start date).
Responsibilities
  • Source new financing opportunities.
  • Lead deal teams through the analysis, approval and execution phases of a transaction.
  • Work on sole lender, club and widely syndicated ABL transactions.
  • Directly call on prospective ABL clients.
  • Develop an external referral network comprised of private equity firms, investment banks, consultants, direct credit lenders, etc.
  • Develop an internal referral network of relationship managers and credit product partners.
