Provide services and support as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

ServiceNow Enhancements/ServiceNow Development: Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, App Engine, and Virtual Agent solutions to support workflow automation, dashboarding, and employee experience initiatives. Implementation of custom ServiceNow solutions (HRSD, ITSM, App Engine) and workflow automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - ServiceNow Platform Administrator | Servicenow & Sharepoint Online Development - ServiceNow Enhancements/ServiceNow Development [NSF0067067]

ServiceNow Enhancements/ServiceNow Development: Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, App Engine, and Virtual Agent solutions to support workflow automation, dashboarding, and employee experience initiatives. Implementation of custom ServiceNow solutions (HRSD, ITSM, App Engine) and workflow automation.  ServiceNow Platform Administrator Candidates work to facilitate ServiceNow Development delivering ServiceNow & SharePoint Online Development - ServiceNow Enhancements/ServiceNow Development through Administer platform | maintain systems | ensure performance.  Further, they Maintain ServiceNow platform, manage users, ensure system performance and updates.
