- Set up and break down cupping tables according to industry standards.
- Keep the quality laboratory clean and organized.
- Monitor inventory and equipment.
- Register incoming samples and maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions.
- Participate in cupping sessions.
- Perform physical grading of green coffee samples.
- Assist the sales team and customers with quality-related questions.
- Calibrate, maintain, and update customer specifications.
- Support the sales team with food safety and compliance matters, including certifications, audits, documentation, and related questionnaires.
- Q Grader certification.
- Sample roasting experience.
- Experience in sales or another customer-facing role.
