Omnidian provides maintenance and performance assurance for solar energy systems, serving homeowners, business owners, and large portfolio owners. Its core offering is a 24/7 remote monitoring service that delivers real-time diagnostics from its Seattle Operations Center; when a system underperforms, the team notifies the installer and coordinates repairs. Customers subscribe to protection plans that cover residential and commercial solar systems, with Omnidian standing behind a 95% Energy Guarantee that compensates clients if energy production drops below forecasted levels, even in bad weather. The company differentiates itself through proactive monitoring, a strong energy guarantee, and deep integrations with billing partners, service networks, CRM systems, and monitoring platforms to manage large-scale portfolios. Its goal is to maximize solar energy production and provide financial peace of mind by reducing downtime and shifting performance risk from investors to Omnidian.
