This position will focus on the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth and characterization of thin films and heterostructures of complex oxides. The successful candidate will also engage in the micro- and nano-fabrication of devices and perform detailed magneto-electric measurements to explore their functional properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growth and structural characterization of oxide thin films and heterostructures using MBE.
- Device fabrication using advanced micro- and nano-fabrication techniques.
- Low-temperature and high-field magneto-electric transport measurements.
- Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
- Preparing scientific reports and peer-reviewed publications.
- Presenting research findings at national and international conferences.
Required Education: PhD in Engineering
Desired Education: PhD in Materials Science Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or Physics
Required Experience: Growth and characterization of thin films; Micro- and nano-fabrication; Magneto-transport
