Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a transformative roadmap to integrate AI into payment operations, supplier enablement, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop innovative strategies for supporting a closed-loop payments network, enhancing transaction efficiency and transparency.
  • Align product transformation initiatives with organizational goals and industry trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and payment operations experts, to drive AI-powered product innovation.
  • Foster collaboration between supplier enablement, billing, and payment operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization.
  • Act as a thought leader in payments innovation and supplier relationship management.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline rescinding and refund processes, reducing friction and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Drive automation and AI enhancements for billing and monthly reconcilement of debits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop tools and insights to support a Relationship Optimization Center focused on improving supplier engagement and enablement.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven improvements in payment operations.
  • Support the positioning of AI-enabled products to maximize value across all aspects of the payments lifecycle.
  • Continuously gather and apply feedback to refine and enhance product functionality.
  • Develop and enforce governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption in payments, ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor the impacts of AI on payment operations to mitigate risks and maintain trust across the ecosystem.
