Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple responsibilities, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience analyzing trends in key performance indicators and recommending solutions on a national scale.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and general management for Account Coordinators and Project Administrators, including quality performance monitoring, process improvement, and employee development.
  • Develop, manage, and implement operational process and procedure improvements to decrease costs and increase profitability.
  • Work with the Operations Management Team to monitor operating budgets and execute action plans to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill National Account customer needs and ensure the team communicates consistently with customers about work orders.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans.
  • Develop relationships with National Account customers, seek feedback, provide updates, resolve problems in a timely manner, and conduct follow-up tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two to three years of direct management or peer management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the service industry with a focus on service, sales, and cost control.
