Requirements
- Mid level QA Analyst with 3+ years of experience in the finance industry ( commodities/exchange trading environment a plus )
- Experience with end to end testing, interaction/integration with multiple downstream systems
- Strong understanding of testing life cycle ( experience with agile life cycle a plus )
- Familiarity with Java based environment (experience with IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ)
- Experience in test case authoring, Execution and Reporting
- Knowledge on test and defect management tools ( Quality Center, Jira )
- Strong knowledge of SQL and able to write queries to verify data in Oracle DB
- Strong communication ( written / verbal ) skills
- Highly analytical, proactive and detail oriented
- Must be a self-starter and be able work well in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Automated test script execution
Responsibilities
- Perform end to end testing and interaction/integration with multiple downstream systems
- Test case authoring, execution and reporting (verification and validation of test results)
- Execution of automated test scripts and validation of automation results
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality across the software development life cycle
Desired Qualifications
- API testing experience
- Understanding of trading concepts
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium
