Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical field and 2 years of related experience

Responsibilities
  • Develop server-side Java code for web applications in Enterprise cluster environments, utilizing JavaEE application server, such as Tomcat, netty, among others
  • Develop browser-based client-side code using web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JSP, AJAX, DWR, JSON, ExtJS, Angular, React.js, GraphQL, node.js
  • Demonstrate proficient experience with database development for project development and production support in a timely fashion, including SQL, PLSQL, and ORM tools such as Hibernate
  • Closely work with business and all stake holders to build financial systems, implementing SWIFT and FIX Messaging for inter-institution communication and RabbitMQ for internal microservices communication
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Object Oriented design and code refactoring using core java 11+, multithreading/concurrency/transaction, Spring/SpringBoot, Hibernate/JPA/ JDBC, JMS as well as fluently writing testable code using JUnit Mockito, server side load testing and other end-to-end testing open source framework (such as Selenium), secure coding principles and web security concerns, REST web services, data structures and algorithms, RabbitMQ (with cloud function stream), and other common open source libraries
  • Work with cloud native CI/CD container-based integration/deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, JFrog in public cloud provider such as AWS.
