Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global brand strategy that aligns with and supports the company's overall business objectives. Collaborate with C-suite executives to ensure brand initiatives drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all customer touchpoints and internal experiences.
  • Lead the charge in identifying emerging trends and technologies to enhance our brand expression and customer engagement. Drive innovation in experiential marketing, digital platforms, and creative content.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of comms professionals and creative professionals, including designers, content creators, social media marketing, public relations, and brand strategists. Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize allocation of brand resources across the organization, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives. Develop and manage substantial budgets to support brand-building activities.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels and markets. Develop systems and processes for efficient brand management at scale.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at high-profile events, speaking engagements, and industry forums. Contribute to developing thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry authority.
  • Leverage analytics and market research to inform brand strategy, measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies for brand growth in new markets, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining core brand values.
  • Lead the brand response to potential reputational issues, working closely with PR and communications teams to protect and enhance the company's image.
