Position Summary
Blue Yonder, a global leader in supply chain management, is seeking a Corporate Vice President, Revenue Marketing to lead our Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Customer Marketing efforts. This critical role will drive revenue growth by overseeing a high-performing team, delivering impactful campaigns, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and business outcomes.
This individual will have a deep understanding of the entire marketing mix, leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing strategies and aligning them with field, partner, and customer marketing. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical rigor, creative vision, and business acumen. The CVP will be results-driven, ensuring high marketing ROI while focusing on customer impact.
What you will do:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a global marketing team across key functions, including:
- Digital Marketing
- Retail and Logistics Service Provider Marketing
- Manufacturing and Network Marketing
- Asia Pacific (APAC) Field Marketing
- Customer Marketing
- Drive collaboration across teams to ensure unified messaging, goals, and execution.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that generate demand, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
- Align marketing plans with corporate objectives, regional goals, and industry trends, ensuring agility in a competitive landscape.
Revenue and ROI Accountability:
- Design and implement metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Partner closely with sales and operations teams to align on revenue targets and optimize lead conversion.
Customer Impact and Engagement:
- Create programs that deepen customer relationships and loyalty, showcasing Blue Yonder’s value and differentiation.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer retention, upselling, and advocacy through impactful campaigns and events.
Digital and Analytical Excellence:
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive measurable results.
- Employ innovative technologies, including AI, analytics, and automation, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Market and Industry Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for key markets, including Logistics, Government/Network, and Partner Marketing.
- Collaborate with industry experts to position Blue Yonder as a thought leader in supply chain innovation.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 15+ years in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on demand generation, field marketing, digital marketing, and customer marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B marketing in supply chain, logistics, retail, or technology sectors.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives, revenue goals, and market dynamics.
- Analytical and Creative Thinking: Balance data-driven decision-making with a creative approach to problem-solving and storytelling.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of modern digital marketing tools and techniques, including automation platforms, analytics tools, and customer engagement technologies.
- Global Perspective: Experience leading diverse, multinational teams and understanding regional market nuances, particularly in APAC.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

The salary range for this positon is: $219,312.97 - $284,687.02 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
