Requirements
  • A completed university degree, vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk, or comparable qualification is required.
  • Initial consulting experience in occupational pensions within a consulting firm, a company's human resources or finance department, or a life insurer is required.
  • Knowledge of employment law, social insurance law, and tax law is required.
  • A good mathematical understanding is helpful for the role.
  • Consulting- and sales-oriented thinking, a confident manner, an independent and structured working approach, customer-oriented conduct, openness, and team capability are required.
  • Very good German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level, spoken and written, are required.
Responsibilities
  • Advise and support employees of clients when introducing occupational pension systems and comparable benefit solutions.
  • Conduct employee presentations introducing occupational pensions and provide personal advice, including on-site at client locations.
  • Organize and moderate election rounds within occupational pensions.
  • Coordinate and align with other specialist departments to implement client requirements efficiently.
  • Provide technical and sales support to the existing client base.
  • Contribute to internal projects that further develop Marsh's consulting and solutions portfolio.
