Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or healthtech commercialization
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or health data infrastructure, and strong grasp of how partnerships get done in this space
  • Track record of closing complex deals or collaborations involving clinical data, product integrations, or co-development
  • Excellent communicator, able to earn trust with both executives and operators
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple high-stakes relationships, and moving fast with minimal oversight
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action, someone who can see around corners and execute in the near term
Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across healthcare providers, registries, payers, and life sciences organizations
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on commercial strategy, growth priorities, and market positioning
  • Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial conversations through negotiation, contracting, and launch
  • Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align external opportunities with internal capabilities
  • Represent Savant at industry events and in key partner meetings, helping elevate our brand and expand our network
  • Help shape our early go-to-market playbook, pricing strategy, and partner success model
