About the Role:

You will be working on designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and systems across the engineering team. This will include building new features on a large scale, improving internal tooling and processes, working on the product and technical roadmaps, and wearing multiple hats internally. The ideal backend candidate would have experience building highly available APIs. In addition, experience with data pipelines and the relevant domain would be great.

You will:

• Create, design, and maintain robust, efficient, and reliable services

• Collaborate with business stakeholders as well as our clients to build new services from the ground up

• Contribute to the development of new features and capabilities that provide significant value to our customers.

• Work closely with various engineering and product teams to align efforts and deliver top-notch solutions.

• Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption.

• Help shape our company’s engineering culture and keep high engineering standards

An ideal candidate has:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in web backend development

  • Golang experience is a plus

  • Data engineering experience is a plus

• Experience in the successful delivery of high-quality production services and systems.

• A strong customer-centric approach with empathy towards users.

• Relevant industry experience (bank or fintech) and domain knowledge (fraud prevention or compliance) would be a significant advantage.

Compensation: Base pay range of $50,000 - $70,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
