Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and the apparel market
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management software; Centric PLM experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva and Anthropic Claude
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Marketing, AI, Design, Production, and Sales teams to ensure successful marketing and product launches
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare presentations and reports for marketing strategy sessions
  • Communicate key updates, timelines and deliverables to cross-functional teams
