DUTIES: Collaborate with colleagues on maintenance, upgrades and performance of software systems, including IBM Planning Analytics (PA), IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), and IBM Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel (PAX). Work closely with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) leaders and lead the development processes for IBM Planning Analytics (PA) TM1 projects, including requirements capturing, modeling and design, development, testing, deployment, integration, and documentation. Apply knowledge of database management systems, in-memory applications, testing, data modeling, and designing and development of OLAP. Develop new features and services that are of medium to high level of complexity. Apply an understanding of TM1 model design best practices. Write complex business logic in TM1 Rules and Turbo-integrator (Tl) and able to build reports in IBM PAW and PAX. Independently implement IBM PA and TMl, including development, support and enhancement projects. Work with multi-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance performance and automate manual tasks. Troubleshoot basic problems and take appropriate action to resolve them. Develop, manage, and maintain financial planning models to assist company in forecasting, predicting, and providing recommendations toward key strategic initiatives. Work cross functionally to support the analytical requirements of the business and introduce new approaches for analysis and insights. Regularly interact with the Planning Department and cross-functional leadership to communicate and gain alignment. Responsible for report building using PAW, Tableau, Cognos Analytics, Qlikview and PowerBI as well as Excel report building using Planning Analytics for Excel, perspectives and Active forms. Implement Security across TM1 applications. Work with various technologies and processes, including Cognos BI, Framework Manager, and Automation tools including Cognos Command Center and Power Automate, TM1 Turbo Integrator and Rule Scripting, SQL Scripting and Stored Procedures, Shell and Batch Scripting, VBA Scripting, HTML, Java and Python coding. Responsible for Application Security implementation using CAM authentication, and client/server management, installation and architecting of TM1/PA applications at enterprise levels. Responsible for vendor management and contract negotiations with vendors and clients. Provide offshore and onshore team management and train business users in TM1 technology.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Solution Architect, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 3 years of experience with IBM Planning Analytics (PA) TM1 architecture, database management systems, testing, data modeling, and designing and development of OLAP. 3 years of experience with Cognos BI, Framework Manager, and Automation tools including Cognos Command Center and Power Automate. 3 years of experience with TM1 Turbo Integrator and Rule Scripting, SQL Scripting and Stored Procedures, Shell and Batch Scripting, VBA Scripting, HTML, Java and Python coding. 3 years of experience in report building using PAW, Tableau, Cognos Analytics, Qlikview and PowerBI as well as Excel report building using Planning Analytics for Excel, perspectives and Active forms. 3 years of experience in Application Security implementation using CAM authentication. 3 years of experience with client/server management, installation and architecting of TM1/PA applications at enterprise levels. 3 years of experience with vendor management and contract negotiations with vendors and clients. 3 years of experience providing offshore and onshore team management and training business users in TM1 technology.
