Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in tech, consulting, finance, or operations
  • Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and find creative solutions; a jack-of-all-trades who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Product, and/or Engineering teams to create and implement new ops processes
  • Proficiency with data analysis and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Jira, Looker); experience with SQL is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to identify system needs and enhancements across various company tools including but not limited to Hubspot, Jira, and Twilio Segment
  • Analyze large sets of CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve customer interactions and inform business strategy
  • Build automations to optimize existing workflows, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure scalability
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives such as improvements to sales conversion rates and trust & safety fraud detection
  • Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes, policies, and procedures across Sales, GTM and Customer Experience
