  • Identify strategies to reduce churn on trial activity
  • Utilize subscription features to increase engagement and drive loyalty
  • Optimize the cancellation 'winback' campaign
  • Collaborate with Editorial, Design, and CRM/Data teams
  • Understand the different customer segments along the subscriber journey
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams
  • Maintain professionalism and act as an ambassador for subscriptions
  • Effectively manage the allocated budget
  • Contribute new ideas and suggestions
  • Stay up to date with industry news and competitor activity
