THE ROLE

This role is for a bitcoiner who leads with numbers and thrives on people. It's for someone who loves owning a full sales motion, from outbound strategy to closing deals to building the team that does it all. You'll coach, sharpen playbooks for inbound and outbound, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks in HubSpot. You'll translate complex ideas like self-custody and multi-sig into pitches that land with everyone from first-time bitcoiners to institutional CFOs, and you'll  find new ways to grow the pipeline. If you're a systems thinker who's energized by owning a revenue number and building something from scratch, this is for you.

This role will either be a Lead AE, Director of Sales or Head of Sales role depending on the candidate. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales Strategy & Leadership

• Build and execute a segmented sales strategy across Casa's institutional, retail, and financial service offerings. This includes driving revenue, adoption, and a clear go-to-market motion for both inbound and outbound.
• Own outbound targeting across Enterprise, Business, and Private Client segments.
• Own revenue forecasting, quota setting, and team KPIs across B2B and B2C.
• Make Casa an AI-native sales org! For Casa, this means using AI to make the team faster, smarter, and more effective as we scale.

Team Management & Development

• Recruit top sales talent and lead a team built to hit both inbound and outbound goals.
• Keep sales playbooks current across lead types: fast-response inbound, multi-touch outbound sequences, and account management in partnership with CS (upsell, cross-sell, renewals, advocacy).
• Regularly shadow calls, review communications, and coach the team.

Sales Execution

• Continuously improve how we manage leads, run calls, follow up, and close.
• Set client expectations correctly from the start to support long-term retention, and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.

Process & Enablement

• Standardize lead routing, qualification criteria, and HubSpot workflows.
• Build reporting dashboards and enablement resources. This includes objection handling for things like custodial risk, multi-sig complexity, and pricing.
• Own the pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy for leadership and board reporting.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

• Work with BD and Partnerships to identify co-selling opportunities with banks, tax providers, estate planners, and OTC desks.
• Experiment with new channels, including conferences, Bitcoin meetups, treasury outbound campaigns, referral programs.

WHO YOU ARE

• Meaningful experience in Bitcoin; you understand self-custody, why it matters, and can speak to it credibly with institutional clients alike
• Proven experience leading a sales team, including hiring, developing, and holding people accountable
• Owned a revenue number- For Casa this means that forecasting, quota setting, and pipeline management are second nature
• Systems thinker who likes to create processes 
• Comfortable selling something that requires education; you know how to build trust over a longer cycle
• Experience selling into multiple segments (SMB, enterprise, high-net-worth individuals, or institutional) with the ability to adjust your approach accordingly
• AI-native in your workflow and excited to build a team that operates the same way
• Strong written and verbal communicator; you can explain multi-sig to a CFO or to someone who just bought their first bitcoin

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $125,000-150,000 USD. This role is eligible for variable compensation and has an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000-$300,000 USD. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
