- Provide customer support to NSF staff, handling requests, resolving issues, and monitoring ticket dashboards
- Advise NSF staff on web design best practices, 508 compliance, and use of visuals
- Prepare and submit monthly status reports and financial/expenditure reports
- Experience working on web development for a federal agency
