Information Delivery & Visualization Engineer

The University of Adelaide is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to work on a data analysis and management activities related to the Student Management ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced data analyst who can be immediately productive and is highly proficient in the analysis and management of data, with a particular focus on the Universities Customer Relationship Management systems, The role will require experience with data migration and large scale data sets and effective communication with both the business and team members across IT Significant experience working with large volumes of data, with a focus on data quality, data analysis and reporting. • Substantial experience working with highly integrated and complex IT ecosystems comparable with that of the university, with an emphasis on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Oracle Service or Sales Cloud. • Advanced experience working with Microsoft Office and Microsoft365 suite of tools, particularly in relation to representation of data and for communications. • Demonstrated experience working with business users to refine requirements and design solutions to meet their needs.  • Demonstrated ability to quickly become a productive member of a crossfunctional team through effective communication and collaboration. • Demonstrated skills in personal time management and the ability to work independently, maintaining high productivity with minimum supervision"
